BRD Institute – Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any program offered by BRD Institute. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Objective of Programs

The primary objective of the programs offered by BRD Institute is education, skill development, and professional enhancement. The Institute’s role is limited to providing training and knowledge, and it does not guarantee employment or placement.

2. Admission & Acceptance of Terms

Enrollment in any course (Diploma, Certificate, Distance Learning, or Self Study Program) constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and shall be deemed a legally binding agreement between the student and BRD Institute.

3. Fee Payment Policy

  1. All fees (including tuition, registration, examination, and other applicable charges) must be paid in advance and in full prior to the commencement of the course.
  2. Any delay in payment may attract penalties or late fees.
  3. BRD Institute reserves the right to take legal action for recovery of any outstanding dues.

4. Strict Non-Refundable Policy

  1. All fees paid to BRD Institute are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  2. This policy applies in all cases, including but not limited to:
    • Non-attendance or failure to join the course
    • Voluntary withdrawal or discontinuation by the student
    • Personal, medical, or financial reasons
    • Dissatisfaction with the course or services
    • Failure to secure placement or employment
  3. Once admission is confirmed, no request for refund, adjustment, or transfer of fees shall be entertained under any circumstances.

5. Self Study / Distance Learning Policy

  1. Students enrolled under Self Study / Self Study Fee / Distance Learning Mode explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
    • No regular online or offline classes shall be provided by the Institute.
    • The Institute’s responsibility is limited to providing basic guidance, syllabus, and support material only.
  2. The learning process under such modes is entirely self-driven, and the Institute bears no obligation to provide classroom teaching or structured sessions.
  3. Certificates for distance learning programs may be issued at a later date compared to regular classroom programs.
  4. Students under Self Study Mode shall be required to appear only for the internal and external examinations/assessments as applicable.

6. Running Batch & Course Duration Policy

  1. Any candidate who enrolls after the commencement of an ongoing batch shall be considered as part of a “Running Batch.”
  2. In such cases, the course duration shall be calculated from the original batch start date, and not from the date of admission.
  3. The student expressly agrees that the remaining duration of the course may be shorter at the time of admission.
  4. The certificate shall be issued based on the original batch timeline, irrespective of the candidate’s late enrollment.
  5. For example, if only 15 days remain in the ongoing batch at the time of admission, the candidate shall complete the course within those remaining 15 days, and the certificate for the full duration (e.g., 6 months) shall be issued accordingly.
  6. No request for extension, rescheduling, or duration-related claims shall be entertained due to late admission into a running batch.

7. Job Assistance Policy

  1. BRD Institute may provide job assistance services through its placement cell.
  2. Such services may include:
    • Resume/CV preparation
    • Interview guidance
    • Sharing job opportunities and employer connections
  3. These services are provided on a best-effort basis only.

8. No Job Guarantee

  1. BRD Institute does not guarantee employment, placement, or minimum salary upon completion of any course.
  2. Employment outcomes depend on multiple external factors including:
    • Student’s qualifications, skills, and performance
    • Market conditions
    • Employer requirements
  3. Completion of a course may add value to a student’s profile but shall not be interpreted as a promise or assurance of employment.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall BRD Institute, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives be held liable for any:

arising out of or in connection with the student’s enrollment or participation in any program.

10. Code of Conduct

Students are required to maintain discipline and adhere to the rules and regulations of the Institute. The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment in case of misconduct, without any refund.

11. Rights Reserved

BRD Institute reserves the absolute right to:

at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

12. Administrative Authority

BRD Institute operates under the academic guidance and administrative framework of Proxiva Council of Management and Technology. All academic, administrative, and operational decisions shall be subject to the policies, supervision, and authority of the said organization.

13. Final Declaration

By enrolling in BRD Institute, the student confirms that:
